The Rancho Santa Fe Fire Protection District invites interested Contractors to submit proposals for the construction of the new Fire District Fairbanks Ranch fire station. The scope of the project includes construction of a two-story, 10,928 square foot building with drive-through apparatus room, storage areas, living quarters, offices and workshop. The project also includes: construction of miscellaneous structures, on and off-site utilities, paving, fire protection, mechanical, electrical, landscape and incidental related work.
