The Rancho Santa Fe Fire Protection District is currently accepting applications for the positions of:
Office Support Coordinator
The District is seeking applicants to fill a full-time position. This is a full-time, non-exempt, non-supervisory position reporting to, and at the direction of the Fire Marshal. Persons assigned to this position performs a wide range of clerical, reception, and customer service-oriented tasks to coordinate, streamline, and support Fire Prevention and Administration in advancing the District’s Mission to protect life, property, and environment through prevention, preparedness, education, and emergency response.
The District is continuously looking for Reserve Firefighters. Becoming a Reserve Firefighter with the Rancho Santa Fe Fire Protection District. Service as a Reserve Firefighter is a challenging and rewarding way to perform community service, gain work experience, or start a career path in the fire service. In order to be considered for the Reserve Firefighter position, you must meet all of the minimum requirements and have the required certifications or licenses listed in the attachment.

Fire Service Assistant (FSA)
The District is seeking applicants to fill a part-time position. This is an entry level position designed for those individuals pursuing a fire service career. The successful candidate will have a flexible work schedule with a maximum of up to 28 hours per week. The District is looking for a motivated person who is a self-starter, has some mechanical aptitude, and has good communication skills.
