On Wednesday, June 19, the Rancho Santa Fe Fire Protection District was honored to present retired Fire Chief Erwin Willis with the Bell of Distinction Award, the Fire District’s highest honor. Chief Willis served the community with dedication and innovation from 1993-2005. Congratulations, Chief Willis!
