The North County Joint Powers Agency (NCDJPA), also known as NorthComm, is the emergency dispatching organization for ten local fire agencies - Rancho Santa Fe, Solana Beach, Encinitas, Del Mar, Oceanside, North County, Carlsbad, San Marcos, Vista and Elfin Forest - as well as the Rancho Santa Fe Patrol
The NCDJPA dispatch center is located upstairs at Rancho Santa Fe Protection District's Station 1, 16936 El Fuego, Rancho Santa Fe, CA 92067.
