Station No. 3 first opened in 1983 and is located in the community of Fairbanks Ranch across from the Helen Woodward Animal Center.

From Interstate-5:

• Exit Via De La Valle, travel East
• Turn RIGHT on Calzada Del Bosque
• Turn RIGHT on Via De Santa Fe
• Bear LEFT onto El Apajo
• Fire Station No. 3 is on the left hand side (6424 El Apajo), across from the Helen Woodward Animal Center.

From Interstate-15:

• Exit Valley Parkway, travel West
• Continue West on Valley Parkway, which will become the 2-lane Del Dios Highway, and eventually, Paseo Delicias.
• Turn LEFT on Via De La Valle
• Turn LEFT onto Via De Santa Fe
• Bear LEFT onto El Apajo
• Fire Station No. 3 is on the left hand side (6424 El Apajo), across from the Helen Woodward Animal Center.
